A former CIA officer who was part of the United States spy agency’s experiments in “remote viewing” claims to have seen 10-feet-tall humanoids sheltering in a pyramid on Mars.
Joe McMoneagle said the beings appeared to be taking refuge from a major disaster that took place on Mars approximately a million years ago, Knewz.com has learned.
According to The Daily Star, McMoneagle was participating in the CIA’s Project Stargate, whose mission was to tap into powers rarely used by the human mind.
McMoneagle was part of experiments by the CIA that were aimed at using “psychic and extra sensory perception” to spy on the Russians and the Chinese during the Cold War.
McMoneagle said in one instance he was awoken by program director Bob Monroe as he was told to visualize a site that was not in Russia or China. Rather, he wound up focusing in on a site 140 million miles away and a million years in the past.
“I was sleeping in the sealed cube at the Monroe Institute, because we had been working on going out of body and controlling it,” McMoneagle said while joining the Shawn Ryan Show podcast, according to The Daily Star.
“He woke me up and I said, ‘I’m awake, what’s going on?’ and he said, ‘Well, I have some people here from Department of the Army.’”
McMoneagle said he was told to think about a sealed envelope that was in his pocket.
“It started out with a really large pyramid and so the first words out of my mouth were ‘This must be a new discovery’ and he said, ‘Why do you say?’ and I replied, ‘Because it’s huge – it’s bigger than the Pyramid of Giza, it must be a new discovery somewhere,'” McMoneagle said.
