GRAND RAPIDS – NALS of West Michigan has honored Gerardyne M. Drozdowski, an attorney with the law firm Warner Norcross & Judd LLP, as its 2014 Legal Professional of the Year.
Drozdowski, a labor attorney who concentrates her practice in workers? compensation matters, was recognized for her professional relationships, participation in the community, work-life balance and support of NALS. She was nominated by Susan Acklin, who wrote that Drozdowski was ?extremely supportive? of her endeavors to earn the professional legal secretary, or PLS, designation and become an active member of NALS.
The application concluded with: ?She is not only my boss, she is my mentor and friend. Her open-door policy extends beyond just me, which lends to admiration in our workplace. In my opinion, this wonderful woman earns this award each and every day.?
Drozdowski was recognized at the annual awards banquet of NALS of West Michigan, which was held recently in Grand Rapids.
