ANN ARBOR – The inaugural Women Building Success in Biosciences on June 9 – featuring accomplished women from a variety of bioscience backgrounds – is aimed at fostering conversations and creating connections.
 

 
MichBio lined up speakers to share personal and work-related successes that will inspire all levels of professionals to refine their own career paths. The goal is to engender meaningful interactions, spark friendships, business relationships, and career opportunities.
 

 

The Keynote speaker is Luann Pendy, PhD,  Senior Vice President, Global Quality, Medtronic. A University of Michigan grad, Pendy oversees all global quality operations for Medtronic. She is a member of the executive management team and serves as the executive sponsor for the Medtronic Women’s Network Minnesota Hub.
