Cybersecurity Awareness Month – Experts Update Threat – Promote Michigan Cyber Summit

ANN ARBOR – October is Cybersecurity Awareness Month so we gathered a gaggle of cybersecurity experts to talk about the latest threats and also the best way to defeat them.

Experts include former Michigan CISO Dan Lohrmann, former Michigan CIO David Behen, former Gardner cybersecurity consultant Richard Stiennon, and Michigan Cyber Patriot founder Tamara Shoemaker.

All of them recommended that anyone adult or student that wants to learn more about cybersecurity to attend the Michigan Cybersecurity Summit Oct. 18-19 at the Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi.
