Business Leaders for Michigan to host first Top Ten Talk
Event in Lansing Feb. 3 will touch on key priorities for improving Michigan’s K-12 education system, talent attraction & economic development
The state’s business roundtable will release highlights of its annual benchmarking report and bring together leadership from some of the most successful states in the nation to talk about updated strategies for job attraction, education and continued economic growth.
CEO Doug Rothwell will present BLM’s strategic plan, Michigan’s Road to Top Ten, aimed at guiding policymakers to the action steps that could have the most immediate impact on Michigan’s overall prosperity.
A fireside chat with BLM’s 2020-21 Board Chair, Gerry Anderson of DTE Energy, will culminate the morning event, which will be held Monday, Feb. 3 from 8:30 a.m. to noon at the Lansing Center.
