ANN ARBOR – More than a year after Lucky’s Market closed its doors, residents finally have the answer to the question everyone’s been asking: What will replace the neighborhood market?

Prentice4M announced on Wednesday that it will be developing the space into 4M City Club, a community hub that will feature coworking and event space, a market, restaurant and bar and lounge area.

4M City Club is set to open during the second quarter of 2022 and is located steps from the developer’s newly-launched 4M co-living and coworking campus.

The concept is to create a 15-minute neighborhood in which residents can meet their needs within a quick walk, bike or shuttle ride from home.
