DETROIT – Startup Weekend, the popular weekend long event for starting a company, is back to Detroit but this time for a much younger crowd.
Youth can come and join in on the fun for a very special Digital Innovation Competition for Kids. Startup Weekend Detroit – Youth is coming to Ford Field November 6-8, 2015 for kids ages 12-18. The cost to participate is just $25.
Youth will be able to learn how to create a digital product and a business plan for it all in one weekend. Kids with ideas and experience or no experience at all are welcome to join in. There’s a prize award for the “Best Digital Business” too.
