Finding and retaining the right employees can be a challenge, which is why SBAM partnered with Transitions Consulting Group to offer workplace assessment tools and coaching services. SBAM members will be offered these tools at an exclusive, significant discount.

The American Society of Employers (ASE) has provided people management services and human resources information for over 100 years, helping organizations grow their bottom lines by growing the effectiveness of their people. In the Human Resources Solution Center, SBAM members will have access to frequently-asked-questions and a free HR Solutions Hotline, where they can speak with an HR expert about specific problems or issues. ASE will also offer pre-employment services along with employee handbook creation and/or review at special discounts.
