GRAND RAPIDS – Adtegrity. Com released its first quarter unaudited results Monday that showed net income of $158,304 for the first quarter on revenues of $4.2 million, reversing a net loss of $54,837 a year ago on revenues of $3.07 million.

“We delivered solid results in the first quarter that were in line with our expectations for good year-over-year growth,” said Adtegrity.com President and CEO Scott Brew. “We have good momentum and are planning on increasing the size of our sales team in the second quarter to keep us well positioned in the marketplace.”

Adtegrity reported serving more than 64.2 billion ad impressions during the first quarter, resulting in 32.4 million clicks and 1.4 million conversions for Adtegrity.com advertisers.

Adtegrity.com’s primary business is the delivery of interactive advertising and marketing services since its founding in 1999.
