TROY ? Billhighway has nearly doubled the size of its IT department with the addition of Jason Cooper as senior networking engineer and Amal Shah as intern. Department head Bob Anzivino was recently promoted to Director of IT & Security, assuming additional responsibility for the product development.

Cooper brings 15 years? experience in design, deployment and support of IT solutions to the role of senior networking engineer. Acting as lead architect for the company?s computing infrastructure, he manages new installations, migrations and upgrades, and ensures maximum uptime of critical, customer-facing applications. Cooper earned a B.A. from Western Kentucky University and holds multiple Microsoft, Citrix, VMware, Novell and Cisco certifications.
As intern Shah will manage incoming support issues, perform system maintenance, keep documentation up-to-date and monitor system metrics. He just completed his sophomore year at Wayne State University where he is majoring in Finance and Computer Science. Shah has held internships at Healthtech Services and Quicken Loans, and founded his own apparel company, My 3mpire Clothing.
