TROY – Billhighway, a provider of cloud-based financial management solutions for nonprofit organizations, has hired Jill Garrity as Business Analyst and Kurt Plantus as Network Administrator.
Garrity will serve as the liaison between the customer community and the application development team. In her new role, she will determine how new software applications and corresponding processes can be used to solve business challenges in a creative, scalable, and impactful way. Garrity has vast experience in analyzing metrics and reports to provide insight and recommendations to her team members. She comes to Billhighway from Team Detroit, where she was a Senior Analyst.
Plantus will serve as the primary point of contact for all system needs and advocate for Billhighway users. He will maintain and update all system documentation, backups, and viral and spam defense systems. Plantus has experience in designing and implementing VoIP telephony systems, as well as installing and maintaining Windows/Linux servers, SQL databases, and remote access and network monitoring solutions. He previously worked as the Apprentice Voice Technician at SunTel Services, LLC, in Troy.
