TROY – Billhighway has signed a three-year contract with the Grand Lodge of Pennsylvania to automate billing and dues processing for 110,000 members.
?Automating our dues process not only saves the lodge secretaries time but provides a seamless experience for our members,? said Robert Dunkle, District Deputy Grand Master.
The Billhighway solution will also provide expense management, CRM integration and budgeting functionality for up to 417 lodges, streamlining year-end reporting and auditing requirements. The software implementation is part of a larger initiative to move to an electronic, cloud-based platform for managing member data, while reducing manual work and increasing efficiency.
?We?re proud to be part of a progressive solution to automate financial management for the Masons, beyond billing and payment processing? said Tracy-Ann Palmer, Chief Growth Officer at Billhighway. ?They?ll benefit from increased funds flow and auto-routing capabilities, giving them more visibility into lodge financials. The elimination of manual data entry means more time can be spent on member engagement.?
