TROY – Billhighway, which provides cloud-based financial management solutions for nonprofits, has added a new client, Cole County Residential Services, which will use the tool for a new mobile funding effort.

CCRSI, a county-based agency located in Jefferson City, Missouri, was formed to provide services and funds to support persons with developmental disabilities. The agency was motivated to explore mobile solutions in an effort to raise more money at onsite fundraisers like the annual ?5K for Kamp Run or Walk,? held each year in early March. Funds raised at the 5K help send individuals with special needs to summer camp. Billhighway Give enables nonprofits to process debit and credit card transactions using a card reader and a smartphone.

Said Melody Troesser, Director of Accounting at CCRSI, ?We researched a few mobile fundraising options including using a local bank to provide the service for us, but ultimately selected Billhighway for its simplicity, ease of setup, quick response, competitive pricing and customer service.?
