SOUTHFIELD – BullsEye announced Wednesday the appointment of Douglas Black, who joins the executive team as Vice President of Operations.
With 24 years of experience in the telecom and tech industries, Black?s new role will focus on operational and performance-driven improvement. Working closely with both the Deployment and Provisioning departments, Black?s new role will cultivate greater internal synergies while streamlining internal processes across the board. In other words, resource sharing and collaboration will remain cornerstones of BullsEye?s widely acclaimed client services and success models.
This telecom ?all-star? has already proven to be an invaluable team member. In just a few short weeks, Black is spearheading efforts to create stronger department efficiencies that have resulted in immediate, fluid revenue streams as well as unparalleled client experiences.

Prior to his lead role with BullsEye Telecom, Black earned his stripes in key leadership roles for a number of CLECs including Grid4 Communications, LDMI Telecommunications (currently Windstream Communications), US Xchange (currently One Communications) and Vertical Communications.
Black joins BullsEye with multiple switch platform certifications including Nortel DMS 250, Tellabs DEX, and Lucent 5ESS. He is a graduate of ITT Technical Institute and lives in Macomb with his wife and 3 kids. In his spare time, Black is a frequent volunteer with Knights of Columbus.
