GRAND RAPIDS – Technology consulting firm C/D/H has been selected for membership in Microsoft’s Worldwide Security Partner Advisory Council, the company announced Tuesday.

The Security PAC focuses on a range of security issues facing Microsoft customers and partners around the world. Microsoft?s PAC program is an invitation-only membership organization that covers computing issues such as security, mobility and others. The PACs typically meet twice a year to exchange information and allow members to network. PAC members must have attained the level of Gold Certified Partner and be nominated by a senior level Microsoft manager.

“We’re very pleased to have received this recognition of our expertise in the security arena,” said C/D/H partner Paul Hillman. “The issue of data and information security will remain one of the top concerns in information technologies, and as a member of the Microsoft Security PAC we anticipate a wealth of opportunities for us to both contribute and learn.”

The fall meeting of the Security PAC is scheduled for this week in Bellevue, Washington.
