Center For Computer Resources Hires Service Desk Engineer

TROY ? Tracy Lafeir has joined the Center for Computer Resources as a Service Desk Engineer.

Lafeir is ITIL certified and has experience implementing and supporting VMWare View Virtual infrastructures, supporting Cisco VOIP services (including the Cisco Call Center Application IPCC), and has aided in infrastructure design and planning, as well as the offshoring initiative.

Lafeir is currently pursuing a bachelors/masters in Information Assurance at Eastern Michigan University.

CCR has provided services to sectors including medicine, wholesale distribution, government, manufacturing, legal and professional services. The company does a lot of business with Microsoft, Hewlett Packard, VMware, Cisco, Citrix, SonicWall, APC and gloStream.
