TROY ? THE Center for Computer Resources has hired Richard Rodriguez as a Service Desk Engineer.

Rodriguez possesses proficiencies in the implementation, analysis, optimization, administration and troubleshooting of Windows Operating Systems as well as Server and Desktop Hardware.

Prior to his employment with CCR, Rodriguez worked as an IT Support Technician and Field Support Technician for small businesses and medical facilities. Rodriguez received his Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and Security with a Microsoft Major from Baker College.
