PETOSKEY – Charter Media has announced the return of Charlie Stratton to its staff. Stratton worked for Charter Media in 2002-2005 in the role he is returning to, that of Account Executive, selling and servicing advertising agreements with local businesses on the 41 networks on which Charter Media inserts commercials.
Stratton will be based in Petoskey and will be calling on accounts in Emmet, Charlevoix, Antrim, Otsego, Mackinaw and Cheboygan Counties. Many of these accounts were previously managed by Mike Maitland who is now working in the Traverse City area with Charter Media.
Stratton has lived in Northern Michigan most of his life, graduating from Petoskey High School in 1988. He has worked in media sales since 2002, previously working for TV 29 and 8, and is actively involved in the Petoskey business community. Prior to getting involved with media, Charlie was a travel agent for seven years and in retail management for seven years.
