PALM BEACH – Allison Bernstein has joined Butzel Long
as a senior attorney based in the firm?s Palm Beach office. She has extensive experience in civil litigation, appeals and arbitration, including legal malpractice, medical malpractice, nursing home defense, real estate fraud, products liability, and personal injury.
Bernstein is a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, the Appellate Practice Committee of the Florida Bar, the Florida Defense Lawyers Association, and the Florida Association of Women Lawyers. She is admitted to practice in all Florida state and federal courts and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.
She served as both a faculty member and speaker for several continuing legal education conferences. In 2007 and 2008, Florida Trend magazine included
her among the Legal Elite.
Bernstein is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad Law Center (J.D., 2000) and the University of Florida (B.S., 1997). She
