SOUTHFIELD ? The Engineering Society of Detroit is hosting a kid-focused Holiday party Dec. 4 at the Joe Louis Arena that will feature award winning children?s author John Tocco and the Gizmos, the First Kids on the International Space Station. Santa will stop by to provide icing on the cake.
For the adults, ECD reserved the exclusive Olympia Room. Attendees will have the opportunity to network, sip on cocktails, catch up with family and friends, and simply enjoy the great atmosphere of the home of the Detroit Red Wings.
What would a party at Joe Louis Arena be without skating? Those brave enough to venture on the ice are welcome to do so. Skate rentals won?t be available, so we encourage attendees to bring their own.
This event is sponsored by General Motors, Caponigro Public Relations Inc., Kitch Attorneys & Counselors, Olympia Club, Hartland Insurance Group, Inc. and Jervis B. Webb Company.
Space is limited, so register today. The cost: $35 for ESD members; $50 for nonmembers; $12 for kids 13-17; Free for kids 12 & under.
