PLEASANT RIDGE – ePrize has been selected by Advertising Age as a Best Places to Work in Marketing & Media honoree for the second year in a row.
Companies awarded as one of the Best Places to Work are selected through evaluation of a company-completed survey, detailing hiring practices, benefits and pay, as well as an employee survey that measures employee engagement and satisfaction. ePrize ranked number 28 among this year’s 40 nominees.
“We’re not just hoping for game-changers in the workplace, we’re rewarding them. We sent one employee on a trip to Hawaii, and another to London for going above and beyond their day to day expectations,” said Matt Wise, CEO. “A culture where team members are free to execute ideas that take us to the next level has been a key to our success.”
Some of the workplace sightings include taco eating contests, foosball playoffs, community volunteer opportunities, and Academy Awards?-style ceremonies. Plus, the entire team is expected to spend 30 minutes of personal time on Facebook every day.
ePrize has 400 employees, including the addition of team members from two corporate acquisitions in eight months — Apollo Data Technologies and Cellit, a mobile CRM leader. The agency is expected to grow 25 percent this year, to approximately $70 million. ePrize has 20 career opportunities posted across disciplines including business development, creative, software engineering, account management.
