ANN ARBOR – ForeSee Results announced that it has just launched a mobile portal application that will enable clients to access customer satisfaction scores from an iPhone.

The mobile portal app is free and provides helpful snapshots of critical customer satisfaction data, including:

Summary views for daily, month-to-date, and previous month scores

30-day average scores for elements that drive satisfaction, overall satisfaction and future behaviors, as well as prior period change for each score

Trend lines for overall customer satisfaction and model elements

Satisfaction data for key user segments established in the Online Portal.

“We’ve had heavy demand for this kind of mobile portal app,” said Mitchell Cohen, vice president of technology at ForeSee Results. “We’re finding many of our clients keep such close tabs on their data that they want to be able to access it anytime from anywhere.”

The application is available in the iTunes store now, and is coming to other mobile phones in 2011.
