ANN ARBOR – e-Commerce solutions provider Fry, Inc., has launched three new web tools for La-Z-Boy.com – a new online storefront for La-Z-Boy’s site, a new multi-channel order management system and a customer call center application.

The storefront is built with Fry’s Open Commerce Platform, an e-commerce solution that lets retailers develop an online store and create or expand their e-commerce business. With OCP, the new La-Z-Boy site features flexible merchandising and promotional tools such as product compare functionality, and an easy-to-use checkout process.
