TROY ? Kevin Grady has been promoted to Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Inteva Products.
Grady joined the Inteva Products leadership team in December 2010 as the Transitional Finance Manager, reporting directly to Preident and Chief Executive Officer Lon Offenbacher. Grady is leading the finance team with the integration of the recently announced Body Systems acquisition.
“Kevin brings to this position all the attributes our chief financial officer should possess to lead the global finance team. Along with his extensive global financial experience, Kevin has shown he is an effective leader, strong communicator, and a team collaborator,” said Offenbacher. “I’m pleased Kevin has accepted this expansion of his current responsibilities with much enthusiasm. His international experience in Asia, including overseas assignments in Japan, China and Korea, will prove most valuable in our global growth plans.”
Prior to joining Inteva, Grady was Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer of Accubuilt, Inc. Previously Grady was with Cadence Innovation and Mando Corporation as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to Mando, Grady held a number of leadership positions at Millipore in Korea and Japan. He began his career as a Corporate Accountant with Bank of Boston Corporation. Grady is a graduate of Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
