LANSING – Jeff Holyfield, who joined Governor Rick Snyder’s staff just eight months ago as communications director, has moved to the vacant post as spokesperson for the Lottery Bureau.
Prior to joining Snyder’s administration, Holyfield had been communications director for Consumers Energy and before that had a long run as a reporter for The Associated Press, including several years heading its Lansing bureau.
Holyfield succeeds Andi Brancato in the Lottery spokesperson post. She recently departed for a job in the private sector.
