Dwight Reifsnyder has worked with converged voice and data networks beginning with the first Avaya VoIP implementation in Colorado in 2001. He has worked in private industry, government, and as business partner, and is currently a Systems Convergence Engineer with NACR.

Todd Parenteau ? Avaya Professional Services, Managing Principal has 20 years of experience specializing in Contact Center and Voice Response. He has spent the last 5 years with Avaya in the Technical Readiness Engineering group responsible for new product introduction to APS of Contact Center products and the Solution Validation Services team.

Jason Robinson,16 years with Avaya ? was in Field Operations for 14 years before joining SE team in 2012. Conducted project installations and advanced repair strategies within Avaya GSS on a large array of Avaya products ranging from call servers and gateways to VM, CMS, and IVRs as well as infrastructure and telco circuit test and fault isolation.

Julie Johnson ?Avaya Customer Experience Solutions, has over 20 years of business and technical experience gained from account management and technical support roles at Unisys, Cisco and Avaya. As a Sales Consultant with the Customer Experience Solutions group at Avaya ? Julie helps customers identify technology solutions that automate or enhance customer interactions and that help organizations manage employee performance. Her work with state and local governments has included design and rollout of statewide networks to support local social services offices, support of data and telephony networks for state, local and campus police departments and automated solutions for unemployment verification and benefits. Julie has an MBA from Mercer University in Atlanta and an undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan Business School in Ann Arbor.
