ANN ARBOR – Zachary Moen has joined Butzel Long
as an associate attorney practicing in the firm’s Ann Arbor office.
Moen represents corporate and individual clients in intellectual property and commercial litigation. He also has defended individuals and companies at various stages of federal criminal investigations, conducted
internal investigations on behalf of corporations, and counseled clients regarding compliance with state conflict of interest, ethics, and procurement laws.
Prior to joining Butzel Long, Moen was an associate in the litigation department at Jenner & Block in Chicago.
Moen is admitted to practice law in Michigan, Illinois and the District of Columbia and before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan and for the Northern District of Illinois.
Moen is a graduate of Loyola University Chicago School of Law
(J.D., magna cum laude, 2003) where he was the Managing Editor for the Loyola University Chicago Law Journal. He also is a graduate of Wheaton College (B.A., cum laude, 2000). He is a resident of Ann Arbor.
