GRAND RAPIDS ? Internet Service Provider Iserv announced it has doubled its sales staff, extended its call center hours to accommodate customers 24 hours a day, seven days a week and implemented a new customer assurance department.
?With all of the new services offered by Iserv, such as Hosted Voice and Enterprise Wireless, the need for more sales staff was a natural growth scenario,? said Jeff Potter, Iserv Director of Business Development. ?We also feel it?s important to get our message out to West Michigan that Iserv is offering great services at great prices.?
Iserv?s Grand Rapids Network Operations Center, which provides assistance, monitoring and immediate support to customers, will extend its current hours to 24/7 365 days a year to enhance the customer experience. Callers will be connected with a live local representative, not an automated service, to assist with their questions. In addition to weekends, the call center will also be open on all major holidays.
