COOPERSVILLE ? IT Resource, a West Michigan provider of IT services for such clients as Spectrum Health Medical Services in Grand Rapids, has gone live with a new web site that will better communicate the breadth of the company’s services and enhance customer experiences.
The new web site, ITRW.Net went live on July 1, said Sales Manager Carrie Borchers.
“We also added a support page where our customers can access online and offline help,” she said. “They also can sign up for our newsletter. The second day it was live, we had several customers do that. Other customers that have been using the portal tell us they really like it.”
The changes, she said, also will show the world that Coopersville, a small town west of Grand Rapids, is more than just farming and manufacturing.
“We’re not just two guys in a basement doing IT,” Borchers said. “We’ve been doing this for 11 years.”
The company has about 175 clients throughout the Midwest, including Spectrum Health Medical Services in Grand Rapids and Firekeeper Casino in Battle Creek, she said.
“Our sweets pot is our IT consulting services area,” Borchers said. “Where we are different from our competitors is we’re not pushing a product or discrete service. We go in and work with our customers’ IT and business needs and then decide what sort of engineering services to recommend.”
