CLARKSTON ? Veteran public relations specialist Dan Jankowski has been named as Decus Communications Vice President/Chief Operating Officer.
Jankowski has more than 20 years experience in a broad range of communications disciplines including media and analyst relations, marketing and crisis communications, public affairs and speechwriting, most recently as a Senior Vice President with Weber Shandwick Worldwide and as Senior Director of Public Affairs with Comcast’s Midwest Division.

Jankowski’s global experience spans the high technology, automotive, cable & telecommunications and publishing industries. During his career, he has worked closely with senior executives at some of the world?s largest corporations and with local, national and international media outlets and industry analysts.
Dan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Michigan and is an accredited member of the Public Relations Society of America.
