PORTAGE – Manatron, which makes integrated records management and property tax software for state and local governments, on Thursday announced that Elaine Carter has joined the company as support manager in the company’s Beavercreek, Ohio office.

With more than 15 years of management experience, Carter will be responsible for customer support and problem resolution for the GRM Tax client base. By working closely with development and product specialists, Carter will ensure unity in product development, deployment and support. She will also play a key role in managing customer concerns, expectations and priorities, serving as a liaison between counties and Manatron staff.

Prior to joining Manatron, Carter has worked in a variety of positions, ranging from internal information systems support manager for the state of Virginia to operating her own consulting business focused on county and municipal business and information systems.
