GRAND HAVEN – Media 1, a West Michigan training and performance support company, has won a Silver Telly, the Telly Awards’ highest honor. The award comes on the heels of a Hermes award last month for the same project, a short animation featuring services offered by the Education Services division within HP.

The “Better Business Outcomes Through Training” animation is featured on the Division web

site and is used in sales presentations to give potential customers a fast-paced,

visual introduction to the HP Education Services value proposition.

The Telly Awards was founded in 1978 to honor excellence in commercials.

The Telly Awards receives over 13,000 entries annually from ad agencies,

production companies, TV stations, cable companies, interactive agencies and

corporations around the world.

“I am so pleased to see the talents, hard work and dedication of my team

recognized, especially at this level,” said Harrison Withers, Production Director at

Media 1. “We are thrilled with this award and the honor and prestige that it

carries.”

For more than 16 years, Grand Haven-based Media 1 has been supporting the

strategic business goals of large global organizations by developing innovative
