GRAND RAPIDS – Mindscape at Hanon McKendry has recently promoted three employees to meet project and service demands created by continued growth in 2011.

Jeff Bell, who has served as project manager since mid‐2010, has been promoted

to director of digital marketing services. Bell, who is Google Analytics Certified, has been

tapped to lead the company’s digital marketing services, including search engine optimization,

search engine marketing, social media and Internet strategy development.

?Jeff is creative and collaborative, he has tremendous interactive expertise, and he is very

knowledgeable about web and email analytics,? said VP of Operations Mike Simon.

?His skill set elevates the depth and quality of every project he leads.?

Rebecca Dutcher has served as business development partner for over three

years. Dutcher has been promoted to director of business development and will lead the sales

initiatives at as the firm focuses on larger, collaborative development

opportunities. In her new position, she will join the executive management team and will

continue to focus on growth areas of the business, both with new and existing clients.

?This promotion ensures we have a person with strong experience overseeing our strategic

growth initiatives in 2012,? said Simon. ?Rebecca has deep knowledge of our processes and

services, and she has an intuitive understanding of client needs.?

Dutcher recently joined the programs committee of the American Marketing Association of

West Michigan and serves as a facilitator for Grand Rapids Opportunities for Women.

Rebecca Blanchard, who has served as a project manager since June 2009, has

been promoted to director of development services. In her new position, Blanchard will

oversee all web development projects. She will manage a team of project coordinators and

oversee department profitability and revenue goals.

Mindscape experienced record growth of 45 percent of top line revenue in 2011.
