GRAND RAPIDS – NuSoft Solutions Friday announced it has formed a new line of business focused on the design, implementation, training and support of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 ? which offers advanced features such as global language and currency capabilities, business intelligence, workflow and collaboration that blends in seamlessly with other leading Microsoft desktop and server-based software.
This new offering will be led by Line of Business Director Daniel Meindertsma, a 20-year IT industry veteran and, most recently, Sales Manager for NuSoft Solutions.
The announcement comes as Microsoft rolls out a 12-week global tour to get the world technology community to buy its latest software offering.
?We believe the recent release of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 will revolutionize the CRM industry by transforming this product into a true open and extensible platform with Windows Workflow, a robust application programming interface and software development toolkit,? said NuSoft CEO Dale Mansour. ?These capabilities will, in turn, drive increased demands for NuSoft?s established consulting services. We have aggressive plans to rapidly build out this enterprise capability with new technical and sales positions in Michigan, Ohio and Kentucky.?
NuSoft President Keith Brophy said CRM is an area of high market demand, and rightly so since Customer Relationship Management has become an important key to business success.
?Businesses want to be able to turn to a proven, technology savvy, trusted advisor to lead them to success here, and NuSoft is the natural choice for them to turn to. We?re hiring a number of additional technologists, as well as putting very seasoned leadership in place, to further address the high demand.”
With offices in Cincinnati Ohio and Grand Rapids and Troy, NuSoft Solutions is one of the leading Microsoft consulting companies in the Great Lakes specializing in the design and implementation of the latest technologies and software solutions.
