MIDLAND – Beth L. O?Laughlin has joined Warner Norcross & Judd as a new attorney in the firm?s Midland office.

O?Laughlin concentrates her practice in estate planning and business law. She prepares estate plans that require integration of real property, business interests and retirement assets and assists small and family-owned businesses in efficient succession planning.

Prior to joining Warner Norcross, O?Laughlin was an associate attorney with the former Currie Kendall PLC in Midland. She has also served as judicial law clerk to the former Chief Judge Jonathan E. Lauderbach at the Midland County Circuit Court, who is now a partner with Warner Norcross.

O?Laughlin received her bachelor?s degree summa cum laude from Central Michigan University and her law degree summa cum laude from University of Toledo College of Law, where she was Order of the Coif.

O?Laughlin is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the State Bar of Ohio, the Midland County Bar Association, the Northeastern Michigan Estate Planning Council and the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan.
