ANN ARBOR – Online Technologies Corporation has appointed Mike Klein President and Chief Operating Officer. In this newly created position, Klein will be responsible for strategic partnerships, commercial activities and managing day-to-day operations. Klein was also appointed to the company�??s board of directors.
Klein, a serial entrepreneur, began his career at Motorola and Rockwell, before founding his first software company fifteen years ago, and has lead several companies since then. He joins Yan Ness and Bob Palmerton on the executive team at Online Technologies.
