AUBURN HILLS – e-Business solutions provider Osiris Innovations Group has promoted Anthony Bear to senior vice president of business development and operations. The company also has hired Caroline Sessine as director of procurement services.

In his new role, Bear is responsible for developing new client partnerships, as well as managing organic opportunities with existing clients. He is also responsible for guiding the sourcing strategies related to a client’s commodity-specific needs for products and services.

Bear has held a number of positions of increasing responsibility since joining Osiris in 2006 as a manager of business development. Most recently, he served as vice president of business development where he led aggressive new business initiatives that have propelled Osiris to the forefront of the industry.

Prior to joining Osiris, Bear gained significant experience from the manufacturing sectors of both the automotive and aerospace industries, where he held a number of senior positions at Lear Corporation, a Michigan-based international tier one automotive supplier, and Bombardier Aerospace, a world-leading manufacturer of innovative transportation solutions. Bear began his career working for Ford Motor Company of Canada.

Bear holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (honours business administration) from the University of Windsor in Windsor, Ontario.

As director of procurement services, Caroline Sessine will be responsible for leading Osiris’ procurement team and will manage all facets of procurement activity including vendor evaluations, site audits and the continuous improvement process.

“Caroline brings a wealth of practical knowledge in procurement services to Osiris,” said Saroli. “We’re happy to have her onboard.”

Sessine joins Osiris with over 15 years of procurement and supply chain management experience, holding senior level positions at a number of companies including Key Plastics of Northville, Jones Lang Lasalle of Pontiac, Mich., and EDSA Micro Corporation of Bloomfield Hills.

Most recently, Sessine was the director of sourcing and category management at SDE MRO Express (formerly EDS/A.T. Kearney MRO Solutions), in Troy, Mich. Among her many responsibilities, Sessine championed the strategic sourcing process for all externally purchased goods and services and provided direction on overall procurement activities.

Sessine holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of Michigan.
