AUBURN HILLS – Ralco Industries plans to build a $13.5 million, 125,000-square-foot world headquarters and manufacturing facility on 18.8 acres located along the north side of Taylor Road near Fieldstone Golf Club.
Farmington Hills-based JB Donaldson Co. is the developer for Ralco Industries? new building construction. Approximately 14,000 square feet of the building will be used for office space while the remaining 111,000 square feet will be used for the plant facility. The total investment is estimated at $13.5 million.
The Auburn Hills Planning Commission is scheduled to hold a public hearing to review Ralco Industries? plans on Tuesday, May 28, with a final decision to be made by the City Council on Monday, June 3.
