TROY – RCM Technologies’ Enterprise Integration Solutions business unit has introduced a cost-effective, personalized IT advisory, support and care services offering called RCMcare.
By adding a wide range of personalized technical expertise, consulting and support for various areas of their environment, RCMcare enables companies to reduce their IT headcount and enhance their existing IT department. Several years ago, RCM’s EIS unit started an ad hoc, dispatch only IT support service which typically supported desktops and servers. As technology began to change and evolve, the IT needs of RCM’s clients expanded and clients required more IT advice and planning, rather than just ad hoc IT support. RCM began developing and refining RCMcare to support client needs in today’s economy, thus evolving RCMcare into a comprehensive, cost-effective advisory and support service tailored to most IT environments.
