Inside Account Manager
Inside Account Manager: Sequris is looking for talented people that can help group our business. The Inside Account Manager is a telesales role that incorporates three key objectives: existing account maintenance and renewals, existing account growth, and new account prospecting. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a successful and winning style that demonstrates consistent overachievement.
Leadership: Inside Account Manager will report to the VP of Sales & Marketing.
Work Schedule: Normal business hours 8am ? 5pm M-F in our Royal Oak office; available after hours as needed.
Requirements:
Maintain a CompTIA Security+ or SANS GISF certification (or equivalent) or attain certification in the first 90 days of employment;
1-2 years of direct selling experience. Telesales experience preferred;
Understand and execute a consultative style of selling;
Effective verbal and written communication skills;
Excellent organization and time management skills;
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Suite
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Work with existing clients to renew contracts for products and services;
Work with existing clients to add additional service and product offerings;
Identify potential clients from information sources to campaign via cold calling and other methods;
Prospecting activities contacting businesses by phone/email to introduce Sequris services and products and validating prospect information in CRM tool;
Follow up and documentation of client interaction after initial sales contact;
Answer requests from potential clients that have been solicited through advertisements;
Maintain familiarity with entire SEQ|OPS security platform;
Understand Sequris core technologies, partner technologies and processes for execution.
Experience and Education Requirements:
College degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related area;
Positive and proactive personality;
High energy level that enjoys working a lot of activity at the same time;
Demonstrate history with cold calling;
Technical sales is a real plus.
Marketing Manager: Sequris is seeking an expert marketing professional to develop marketing strategy for our current portfolio and planning for new market development. Planning should extract maximum long term value from market, consistent with business strategy. Marketing Manager will implement the strategy and plan in collaboration with the Professional Services, Field Sales and Leadership teams. Marketing Manager must develop and maintain appropriate sales and market support tools for key market areas and work closely with the Sales and Professional Services teams to ensure all are effectively communication the company?s value propositions to the market. Some travel required primarily for event planning and execution.

Requirements:

Identify strategic customers within the market and determine how to match Sequris? offerings with customer needs;
Identify opportunities for promotions (with partners, regional and national events);
Develop and maintain appropriate sales and market support tools for key market areas including implementation and training;
Consistent generation of leads for inside sales team to cold call;
Create, update and manage battle cards for all products in core industries;
Provide competitive insight into planning and sales processes;
Provide market assessments of all products, coordinating with other business groups as needed;
Meet with key customers globally to promote company market involvement;
Identify new markets within the community to investigate for potential market entry.
Experience and Education Requirements:
College degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration. Masters preferred;
Experience using Illustrator, Publisher and other creative tools;
Create and manage lead generation programs;
Evaluation of current market conditions, competition, product offerings and ability to create effective messaging;
Create, plan and oversee client facing collateral (website, brochures, proposal templates etc.);
Collaboratively create marketing plan with execution.
Sales Engineer: Sequris is seeking an expert firewall technician with support desk experience; incident handling experience a plus. Engineer will provide exceptional customer service capturing, defining, and initializing information security opportunities. Engineer must be able to document comprehensive scopes of work and estimate work effort accurately and timely. Engineer will work closely with the sales team to provide technical clarity on all potential engagements, escalating to consulting staff when necessary. Moderate travel required. Training will be provided in the areas of intrusion analysis and incident handling.
Leadership: Engineer will report to the Professional Services Lead
Work Schedule: Normal business hours 8:30am-5pm; available after hours if needed
Requirements:
Maintain a CompTIA Security+ or SANS GISF certification (or equivalent) or attain certification in the first 90 days of employment;
Maintain a Check Point Certified Security Administrator (CCSA) certification or attain certification within 12 months of employment;
Maintain an active eIQ SecureVue Certification within 12 months of hire.
Maintain familiarity with entire SEQ|OPS security platform, employing self-study as necessary;
Maintain competency in at least two complimentary technologies (Sourcefire, Websense, Bluecoat, F5, Imperva, RSA);
1-3 years of network/programming/systems experience;
Effective verbal and written communication skills;
Excellent organization and time management skills;
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Suite
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Review support renewal agreement and provide technical insight;
Assist in quarterly service reviews;
Define scopes of work for technical services engagements;
Identifies consulting opportunities and coordinates engagement of consulting resources with PS Coordinator;
Define SEQ|OPS service components for quoting and delivery;
Identifies provisioning requirements for SEQ|OPS Services;
Have a very strong understanding of the portal, architecture and SOC workflow;
Excellent client service skills are a requirement for this position, as are strong writ
