ANN ARBOR ? Servant Systems has developed a dashboard system for key performance indicators for two franchise in The Dwyer Group of Waco, Texas. The Dwyer Group is an international enterprise and parent company for seven service-based franchise companies that provide a broad range of residential and commercial maintenance and repair services.
Each franchisee can view their week-to-date activity and historical data in a simple, at-a-glance dashboard view with either graphs or numbers. This dashboard is commonly displayed on a large flat panel display located where all local franchisee staff can regularly view it. Staff members at Dwyer?s headquarters can view similar data for each brand as a whole as well as summaries by region along with ability to zoom into each individual franchisee?s dashboard instantaneously.
This new dashboard was developed using the latest web-based technology including HTML5 and CSS3. Servant will be using these technologies for most of its new development efforts. These technologies enable and maximize functionality on desktops and touch devices, including iPads, iPhones and Android phones and tablets. The new technology allows mobile field technicians and other franchise service workers to use a variety of handhelds or desktops to easily update job status, enter billing information and manage on-site estimates for customers.
