ANN ARBOR – Servant Systems has signed a contract with Domino?s Pizza UK and Ireland Limited, Domino?s master franchisee across the UK, Ireland, Germany and Switzerland, to provide the Domins PULSE Franchise Office System developed by Servant.
The PULSE system processes payroll, overtime regulations, and other local requirements. Servant also is assisting Domino?s Pizza in the rollout of the Franchise Office System to its franchisees.
PULSE is currently used in Domino?s United States multi-unit franchise operations. In the US, some 40 large Domino’s franchisees operating more than 1,300 stores have been using PULSE since it was first deployed in 2005. It integrates the multiple-unit franchisee’s headquarters financial, payroll and overtime, general ledger accounts and other store information with the in-store order entry system.
Servant Systems (www.servantsystems.com), a Microsoft Partner since 1992, is a software solutions provider to international franchise systems and other multi-unit organizations. Top Servant executives are members of the Servants of the Word, an all-male religious order founded in Ann Arbor more than 40 years ago. The members have taken vows of poverty, celibacy and obedience to God.
For two decades, the men of this ecumenical group have toiled to make quality software to support their way of spiritual life, which includes Catholic and Protestant worshipers. The name Servant reflects what the group believes is their call from God to be servants of Jesus Christ. And like other monks of Buddhist or Christian traditions, they?ve lived a life that is mostly hidden from view on 170 wooded acres the Servants of the Word own near Chelsea.
