TROY – Strategic Staffing Solutions, a Detroit-based international Information Technology Services company, has completed the largest acquisition in its 18-year history, a move that extends the company to the West coast. Terms were not disclosed.
S3 is acquiring the IT Services division of National Technical Systems, which includes locations in Los Angeles and San Francisco; Minneapolis; Columbia, SC and in Troy.
The acquisition will add 180 employees to S3’s current 1,500 member workforce and, based on current revenues, an additional $20 million in sales. It also increases the global footprint to 23 locations in the U.S. and two in Europe.
