DETROIT – TechTown is seeking companies to submit construction bids for unfinished space on the second floor of its business incubator building at 440 Burroughs at the Wayne State University campus.
The construction build out will be based on approximately 6,700 plus square feet of unfinished space that will include unique, high-tech lab space.

Addendums/Pre Bid Meeting Minutes Issued ? August 10, 2011; On or Before
Bid Due Date ? August 12, 2011; 3:00 PM; Submission Detail within Bid Document. Bid Submission MUST include Proposal Lump Sum Bid Sheet that is included within the Spec Books
Internal Review of Construction Phase Bids ? Tentative August 16
Owner Release of Construction Phase Contracts ? Tentative August 19
Issuance of Sub-contractor Sub-contracts & Meetings ? Tentative 8/22 ? 25
Construction Mobilization & Field Start – No Later Than August 29 pending City of Detroit Permit Issuance
