GRANDVILLE – Trivalent Group has appointed Jennifer Puplava, member and attorney at Mika Meyers Beckett & Jones, to its Board of Directors as one of its two outside board members.
?Jennifer has been a longtime supporter of Trivalent Group and has even been a speaker at our Solutions Expo and Cyber Security events,? said Trivalent Group CEO Larry Andrus. ?We are excited to welcome Jennifer to the board and look forward to benefitting from her expertise and knowledge in technology law issues.?
Puplava practices primarily in the areas of intellectual property law and technology law. Puplava counsels clients regarding a wide range of technology law issues, including domain names, cybersquatting, privacy and information security. She also represents clients in related commercial litigation in federal and state courts, and in trademark proceedings before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and Trademark Trial and Appeals Board. Puplava received her law degree from Indiana University School of Law in 1998 and her undergraduate degree from Saint Mary’s College in 1995. She is a member of the Grand Rapids Bar Association, the State Bar of Michigan, and the American Bar Association.
