DETROIT – Verizon Wireless has expanded its 4G LTE network to four new markets across the country Thursday, including Alpena, Michigan.
Other markets also launched include Kirksville, Mo., Poplar Bluff, Mo. And Abilene, Texas. Verizon Wireless will be further expanding its footprint in the Northeast part of Michigan later this year.
The Verizon Wireless 4G LTE network reaches 273.5 million people across the country ? close to 89 percent of the U.S. population ? and is now available in 480 markets.
