FARMINGTON HILLS – ZenaComp, a full-service technology firm for small to medium size businesses and municipalities, announced it has met Microsoft’s Advanced Infrastructure Solutions Competency requirements.
The Advanced Infrastructure Solutions Competency is designed for partners that specialize in infrastructure solutions such as storage and systems management; this competency provides the information, tools, and support customers need to help expand their business. Specializations within this competency include Microsoft Active Directory, Storage Solutions, Systems Management Solutions, and Windows Desktop Deployment.

The competencies also provide industry partners with a way to showcase their expertise to customers that depend on them for services, such as building critical infrastructure including storage and hosting solutions.”
Attaining yet another competency gives ZenaComp the highest level of industry experience and knowledge in services, software and support for Microsoft technologies. “As we continue to raise the bar at ZenaComp, we are proud that Microsoft recognizes our efforts,” said ZenaComp President Mark Lichtman.
Through customer references, individual certifications – and in some cases, meeting minimum sales and implementation standards – ZenaComp qualified for Microsoft competencies. ZenaComp holds two other competencies as part of being Gold Certified: Networking Infrastructure Solutions and Information Worker Solutions.
Networking Infrastructure is a competency in crafting small – and midsize -business infrastructure solutions that include server solutions based on either the Windows Server 2008 operating system or the Windows 2003 operating system – or Microsoft Small Business Server 2003 and Windows Small Business Server 2008.
The Information Worker Solutions competency is a certification in one or more of the following specializations: Data Visualization, Enterprise Content Management and Forms, Enterprise Project Management, Office Deployment, Office Solutions Development, Portals and Collaboration, and/or Search technologies.
