Citizen Satisfaction With Government Web Sites Remains Flat

ANN ARBOR - Citizen satisfaction with government websites remains flat according to the American Customer Satisfaction Index E-Government Satisfaction Index, released Tuesday in partnership with customer analytics firm ForeSee. Citizen satisfaction with federal government websites scores 75 on the ACSI?s 100-point scale. Satisfaction has remained at or near 75 on ACSI?s 100-point scale since 2009.
