ANN ARBOR – Will cyberwar by the Russians in Ukraine spread to the United States and the rest of the countries opposing Russian’s unprovoked war against Ukraine?
Not yet, said cybersecurity expert Richard Stiennon, publisher of IT-Harvest. But Russians have warned they will retaliate against world economic sanctions led by the United States.
