M2 TechCast Halloween Show: Venture Capital, Mobile Technology, Hack Attack On Internet Explained (That’s The Scary Part)

ROYAL OAK – On the Halloween edition of M2 TechCast, Maureen Miller-Brosnan, executive director of the Michigan Venture Capital Association, will discuss the award winner at the private equity finance group’s November 2 awards gala. Also on the show will be Linda Daischendt, president of the Mobile Technology Association of Michigan. She’ll recap the TiECon Midwest Conference that featured mobility in a big way. Dan Lohrmann, our cyber security expert, will talk about the Dedicated Denial of Service attack that brought down major U.S. Internet websites and how it was orchestrated by unprotected devices connected to the Internet of Things (that’s the scary part of our show.)
